We agree the details
AV, bar, catering and the running order.
A deposit confirms it
The date is yours; the balance is settled after the event.
FAQ
Do I need to print my ticket?+
No — just show it on your phone at the door.
Can I return a ticket?+
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to someone else. If we cancel an event, you get the full price back.
What does the hire price include?+
The room, basic PA and lighting, cloakroom and cleaning. A technician for the whole event and catering are ordered separately.
How late can music run?+
Live music until 11pm in the main hall, until 2am in the soundproofed club and until 10pm on the summer stage.
How far ahead should we book?+
The main hall is usually booked three to four months out; the function room we can often do within a week.
